Crestar Investments
Crestar Investments is a 30 user company that had 4 servers when the Network Administrator left the company unexpectedly. After this, the CFO of the company filled the role of "Network Administrator" for a brief time but Crestar very quickly realized this was not the optimal scenario. Crestar chose IronTech as their virtual IT department soon after, and as a result, Crestar's systems have never run smoother. IronTech was asked to consolidate the 4 servers to 2 servers and come up with an offsite backup solution. Once this was in place, Crestar began seeing immediate cost savings and had a greater piece of mind that their company data was safe and secure.
Bantam Drilling
Bantam Drilling is a 250 user deep sea drilling company that had grown very quickly over the years but their server environment was heavily taxed and had not been built with this level of growth in mind. IronTech Solutions was asked to perform a network assessment to help the existing 3 IT personnel plan a network rebuild. IronTech devised a SAN based storage solution with clustered servers for high availability and performance. Once Bantam approved the design, IronTech was contacted to perform the installation and migration to this system.
Southwest Medical Supply
Southwest Medical Supply is a 60 user company that needed a more streamlined IT department. Their existing IT administrator had two part-time desktop specialists but both were leaving soon. IronTech was brought in to augment the existing IT staff. Once the desktop specialists had left, IronTech provided a complete IT department for Southwest reporting directly to the IT administrator. IronTech manages all desktops, laptops and as a result, leaves the current IT administrator with much more time to develop the in-house IT systems and manage the servers.
Riseling Law Firm
The Riseling Law Firm is a 20 user company that needed a complete network overhaul. IronTech was contracted to migrate the legacy Windows NT Server with a brand new Windows Small Business 2003 Server. The migration was seamless and performed completely transparent to the users of the firm.
