  • What does "managed services" mean?

    Yes! IronTech prides itself on it's unique secure remote management system but we also provide onsite service. Phone, email, remotely, in person...IronTech uses any means necessary to provide you with the level of support your company needs.


  • I have very industry specific applications. Can IronTech support these?


    Yes! IronTech supports many industries and has experience supporting most every major industry specific application.     This depends on the type of service you choose. We offer a flat-rate monthly recurring charge for our managed IT services solution with unlimited support. This is tailored for your business. We also offer per hour support for those companies that only need IronTech's services on demand, typically for projects or emergency help.
